• Customers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery. Any claims or complaints will not be considered after the move is complete.
3.3. Excluded Items
Emerald Movers does not transport the following:
• Hazardous materials (flammables, chemicals, explosives).
• Perishable goods.
• Cash, jewelry, high-value collectibles, or important documents.
• Items exceeding weight or size limits (determined at our discretion).
If any of the above items are included in the move without prior disclosure, Emerald Movers assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage.
3.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move: Eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the move: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable and subject to the full cost of the move.
3.5. Payment Terms
• A deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or legal action.
3.6. Customer Responsibilities
• Packing: Customers are responsible for securely packing their belongings. If they opt for our packing services, we make no guarantees regarding the protection of items.

• Supervision: Customers (or a designated representative) must be present during the move.
• Parking and Access: Customers must ensure suitable parking and clear access to locations. Any fines, fees, or additional labor required due to lack of access will be billed to the customer.
